One address. A person reads it — there is no ticket system.
Email [email protected]. That reaches the person who built Mynato, and most replies go out the same day.
What to say
If something is not working, the fastest thing you can send is what you expected to happen and what happened instead. Mynato has a Check it works button under Help in Settings — it runs through the microphone, the permissions and a real transcription in about ten seconds, and tells you which step failed. Paste what it says and you will usually get a fix rather than a question.
Never send us a recording or a transcript. We do not want them and we have nowhere to put them — your audio never leaves your Mac, and that includes when you are asking for help.
Common reasons to write
- Refunds. Ask within 30 days and it is unconditional — see the refund policy. No reason needed.
- Student pricing. $30 a year — how to get it.
- A new Mac. If your licence is on three machines already, say so and we will free one up.
- Something Mynato should do. These get read properly. A lot of what is in the app came from someone writing in.
Who you are writing to
Mynato is made by Aryan F, an individual developer in India, trading under his legal name Franz Dsa. It is not a company and there is no support department — which is why the reply comes from a person and usually arrives quickly.
Post, if you ever need it:
