The short version

Thirty days, no questions asked. Email [email protected] and say you want a refund. You do not have to explain why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.

Why it is this simple

You get thirty days of every Premium feature before you pay anything, so by the time money changes hands you already know whether Mynato works for you.

If it turns out it does not, arguing about it would cost us both more than the refund is worth.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you bought with. Include your licence key if you have it to hand — it makes things faster, but we can find you without it.

We aim to reply within two working days and to process the refund immediately once we do. The money is returned by Paddle, our payment provider, to the card or account you paid with. How long it then takes to appear is your bank's business rather than ours — usually five to ten working days.

What happens to your licence

Refunding ends your Premium subscription.

Mynato keeps working. You move to the free tier: unlimited dictation into any app, the Clear level, your history, your vocabulary. You lose the correction and control commands, continuous sessions, the Sharp and Precise levels and the local API — not the app.

After thirty days

We are not required to refund after thirty days, but ask anyway. If Mynato broke, if it stopped working after a macOS update, or if you were charged for a renewal you meant to cancel — email us. Renewal charges you did not intend are refunded as a matter of course, not as a favour.

The only thing we push back on is repeated refunds on the same account.

Cancelling instead

If you simply do not want it to renew, you do not need a refund — cancel, and you keep Premium until the period you have already paid for runs out. Cancel through the link in your purchase email, or email us and we will do it for you.

Your legal rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase, and nothing here reduces it. The thirty days above is longer and simpler, so in practice it covers you either way.

Consumer protection law in your own country applies regardless of what this page says.
